Knowledge and experience behind the certification

The certifications are run by Greentime, but it is external auditors who
review and approve the certifications and thus give the right to logos.

Requirements for auditors

The auditors have experience and expertise in sustainability and also experience in the specific industry for each certification. This means that the auditors know what the challenges are. The requirements to become an auditor are to have at least one year of studies of sustainability and experience in each industry.

In order to become an approved auditor according to Greentime's certifications, the auditor must also have attended an auditor training of Greentime and participate in an audit with an already approved auditor.
